I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

You can email us within 24 hours of purchase and we will cancel your order.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled as our order fulfillment occurs automatically.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our shipping times are 5-7 Business days

The above times are just approximations and your order may arrive earlier, or later than those dates.

  1. I didn't receive my order, what should I do?

Sometimes there are delays in shipping due to customs, natural disasters or holidays that are outside of our control.

If you didn't receive your order after 15 days, please contact us and we will look into the issue.

  1. I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?

Only unused items can be exchanged for a different size. Orders made in error are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If the sizing is wrong for your product, please let us know, and we will be responsible for getting you the right size.

We are not responsible for paying the return postage fee.

Please contact us before returning your product and we can set you up with a Return Authorization Number

Once we receive the item, we will check to make sure it is unused and send you the proper size.

  1. I want a refund, what should I do?

Refunds are only issued if you receive a defective/faulty item or if your item has not arrived within 15 days.

If your item is damaged, please contact us with photos/proof of the defect and we will work on resolving the issue.

In most cases, we will ship out a replacement to you.
